An Adaptive Website is a website designed to evolve after launch. Depending on your plan, it can maintain active content, optimize SEO elements, detect issues and continuously adapt to new opportunities.
Do I have to pay for hosting separately?+
No. Managed Cloud Hosting is included in your monthly payment.
Is the domain included?+
Yes. Click Society manages the domain and its configuration as part of the service, subject to applicable domain terms.
Does it include business email?+
Yes. All plans include 3 business email accounts with 20 GB of storage per account.
Can I add more email accounts?+
Yes. You can add additional accounts for $39 MXN per month per account.
Do I need to use webmail?+
No. Your email can be configured in compatible applications. We recommend Thunderbird as a free desktop option.
Can I use Gmail?+
Yes. If you want the full Gmail business experience, we can help you set up Google Workspace. The license is contracted directly with Google.
Can I request changes to my website?+
Yes. All clients have access to the Click Society Dashboard to submit requests. The scope and cost of modifications outside your plan will depend on the type of request.
Why is the contract 12 months if I pay monthly?+
The service has a 12-month commitment, but we divide the cost into monthly payments so you do not have to make annual payments for infrastructure, domain, email and maintenance separately.
What happens if my website gets a lot of traffic?+
Plans include infrastructure for standard commercial use. Projects with extraordinary traffic, processing or infrastructure needs may require a custom solution.
